I just finished reading a book by Robert Kiyosaki- The Business School: For People Who Like Helping People. I have to say my thought process changed while reading this book; Mr. Kiyosaki explains the benefits of Network Marketing/Direct Sales/Multilevel Marketing. There are multiple names for the industry but the concepts are similar; what really matters is the core values behind the company you're looking into. The company should NOT only be interested in having you sell the products to people but also to gain education in the world of business. The company should have successful mentors and a solid business system in place to help guide new members of the team. Kiyosaki encourages (and I agree) people to look into the education principles the company offers such as, having a positive attitude, leadership skills, communication skills, people skills, overcoming fear, doubt, rejection and lack of confidence, money management skills, investing, accountability, time management, goal setting and systemization. The greatest thing about Life Leadership is they encourage positive change in all of these areas plus more. They truly want to build a better person through their life changing personal development information. In fact the Life speakers believe the ultimate product is the person that has made the most changes in their life through reading, listening and associating with positive people. The core values of Life Leadership are extraordinary. I've been approached by several people asking me to do direct sales but the problem is I didn't believe in the products, until now.

Kiyosaki explains that if your interested in helping others and making money then network marketing can be your ticket to move from the left side of the cash flow quadrant (Employee, Self employer/Small business owner) to the right side (Big business, Investor) with low risk and investment. It's quite true from where I'm standing. My husband and I, have thought so many times about starting our own business but we just could never find start up money. Now we can own our own business and "pay as we go" so to speak. You can build your business small, big or somewhere in between. We are going to build our business big, but first we have to learn and understand the business principles in order to be successful. Kiyosaki shares that only 5% of all businesses make it which means the other 95% don't; we don't want to be part of the 95% so we are going to learn how to get to the 5% bracket. He shares that changing quadrants is difficult because it is not just physical action; the change involve mental, emotional and spiritual as well. You have to believe that you can achieve your dreams and keep them in reach. A good network marketing company, such as Life Leadership, gives you a successful mentor and allows you to learn the ropes for 6 months before needing registered customers, this is exceptional compared to other companies in the industry. Kiyosaki believes that network marketing is the wave of the future because of the pipeline cash flow that is encompassed. He explains that people are trapped in the employee quadrant but they don't have to be. The best part of Life Leadership is it is based on several of Robert Kiyosaki's principles such as the cash flow quadrant.

If you think there is something more out there for you then network marketing might be it. I'm not a person that takes risks so this information coming from me amazes myself. This is just a brief description of the book but I strongly encourage you to read it if your interested in making money and helping people. It doesn't matter if you are a college student, single, married, parents, retired, almost retired; if you want more then strive to get it.

Without no effort comes no success

This weekend my husband and I attended our first Life Leadership Seminar and we concluded that it was quite inspirational. We are so lucky to be a part of a fantastic business, have amazing mentors and great team members to work with. We brought home not only some great CD'S but also more hunger, hunger to succeed.

Marcus and I decided to write down our family goals and a business plan. This was our step in working towards reaching the next level of motivation. We are going to tape our goals to the refrigerator so we can be reminded of them everyday. We promised each other to listen to CD'S everyday and read one chapter then discuss important points that stuck out to us. The most important "secret" to achieving dreams is to believe in your goal and always we reminded of why your working towards it.

Can you see the process here? A husband and wife working towards a common goal, a goal of financial freedom. Even if you don't have a spouse you can do this business and we will be here to help. Or maybe you have a spouse and they are not interested, that's okay too. As we all know there is no one definition of family. Life Leadership accepts anyone if they share the common goal of wanting to better their life and inspire others to do the same.

So what is our goal? To achieve financial freedom by utilizing the system. If you don't know this process then read Robert Kiyosaki's Cashflow Quadrant, Rich Dads Guide to Financial Freedom. This book is amazing and so insightful. Kiyosaki teaches how to be successful in all four quadrants: Employee, Self Employer, Business and Investor. I highly recommend this book despite any career path you might have.

What is Life Leadership Anyways?

So, Everyone is probably wondering what Life Leadership is. Sure there is a short video describing the program on this blog but let me give you a more in depth look at what we have learned so far. The first piece of the program allows you to view material that will help you learn to have a more positive attitude about life in general. As we know life can get us down and sometimes we don't know how to pick ourselves back up. The world is filled with negativity and interactions with people are not always the most pleasant, at least not in the world I live in...how about yours? Secondly, the material can help you improve important areas in your life such as relationships/marriage, finances, fitness and so on; some of the 8 F's apply to you, some might not. The third piece that LIFE offers is a chance to build your own business, the way you want, and the opportunity to build it with people that are hungry JUST LIKE YOU! By hungry I mean motivated, motivated for something more than just the mundane day to day routine. Have you ever wondered what else is out there for you? How else can I make money by doing something I enjoy? How can I achieve my dreams...what else can I do? I actually just told my husband today, "If we won the lottery today, I would still do LIFE tomorrow". How crazy is that...I know, I'm still wrapping my brain around it too! Okay so the third and final piece that we have found out about LIFE so far, it allows you to be a part of a community, a fun community. LIFE is built upon a principle called team approach; you come see a presentation, you sign up with the team and we help you build your community.

People have been asking me a lot...So have you made anything yet? I simply answer "not as of today" because we haven't even been in a month yet...by the way I can probably answer that question for you tomorrow. As with any business you don't make a ton of money when you start out. There are some start up costs but you go at your own pace. Get some customers, attend some opens, generate some Personal Volume and you will see a pay check. There is 15 1/2 ways to make money in this business and I can't even explain how. The word bonus is used a lot so I'll leave it at that.

Hi, my name is Jessica Zwierecki and I've been so fired up since hearing about LIFE. My husband and I have a few dreams to accomplish in addition to the beautiful life we have already created together. Since listening to life, Marcus and I have improved in communication, we are working towards a common goal and we have met some fantastic people. We are so excited to grow into leaders and help build more leaders. I don't care what walk of life you come from this material is uplifting and inspiring. I've heard some great success stories and I can't wait for our dreams to become a reality.

Growing up in life there are always hills and valleys with some lessons attached to them, I've had my fair share of ups and downs but I've always learned to overcome them. I've never fit in with many crowds of people, I'm not outgoing and I don't take risks, overall my thinking is always determined but not always positive. I think much of the negativity I learned from others in my world-family, friends, co-workers, media etc. I'm learning to overcome the negative self talk and build my confidence to be a leader in any facet of life. I listen to the CD's during my commute to work and in between visiting the families I work with. At times the nature of my work can be negative and unrewarding, the CD's truly change my attitude and keep me going through out my day.

I can't wait to learn more skills and build our business, I wish everyone would take advantage of this opportunity LIFE has to offer.

Hi,

My name is Marcus Zwierecki. I grew up in a single family home with not a lot of guidance growing up and have had to learn a lot of hard lessons throughout my life. I am sure that there are a lot of people who may have a similar story as well. I was also the type of person who fed in to the negativity of the world due to being consumed by it everyday. I felt my marriage slipping away, always struggling with getting ahead of the curve in finance and felt like I was in a rut in most of the aspects of my life. I needed a change and found it in Life Leadership. Since joining the Life Leadership development program I have changed my attitude towards finance, my marriage has blossomed in a way I never knew existed and my of thinking as shot up into the sky.

I also turned my time into money with the business part of Life Leadership as an entrepreneur. Building a team of people who think positive and want to earn more money and more time in their lives as well.
